Golf is a sport that demands special techniques, tactics and materials but it also demands mental fitness as well. Certain exercises are recommended specifically to develop a more dynamic golf swing. These involve enhancing overall body power, mobility and stability. With these exercises you will enjoy a steadier level of play and longer drives, while having a lot more fun playing golf in general.

Knee bend: Strenghtens thigh, back and innerside, botom and frontside. Concentrate on an upright posture in the startposition. Go down until knees build an 90°- angle. The back is in upright position and bent forward. The feed stay flat on the floor. Arms can be stretched out in order to find the right balance.
Variation: Knee bend one leg
Lifting shoulder sideways: Strengthens the side and upper shoulder scull. Back of he hand point upwards at the end of the exercise.
Lifting shoulder front: Strengthens the shoulder scull on the back as well as the middle and upper back. Back of hands in upright position.
Strengthening the trunk: Stretch your shoulders agains the resistance in the golf like position, the hands are in front of the body. Do this on both sides.
Airplane twist: Upper body and leg build one line. Stretch your extended arms towards your supporting leg. Your eyes are focused towards the floor (ball).
