Many people are not struggling to reach their goals because they lack motivation. They are struggling because their training simply does not fit into real life consistently. A programme that looks good on paper but collapses after two stressful workweeks is usually not a sustainable solution for anybody. This is exactly where my individual coaching makes a difference. Consistency matters most with coaching online fitness
One of the biggest frustrations with online fitness is the amount of standardised advice. The internet is full of programmes designed for «everyone», which usually means they are not truly designed for anyone specific at all. Coaching online fitness for me is so much more. I think any coaching should feel individual from the beginning. Your body, work schedule, training history, and physical limitations all matter. Someone dealing with shoulder tension and long office hours needs a completely different approach than a recreational tennis player or somebody returning to fitness after years of inactivity. As a former professional athlete myself, I can relate to that from a very personal perspective. Especially after 40, training often becomes less about extremes and more about sustainability. Energy levels, posture, mobility, recovery, and long-term health start playing a much bigger role. This does not mean training becomes less intense. It simply becomes smarter. I will help you build strength and improve fitness without forcing your body into unrealistic routines that leave you exhausted after a few weeks.
The DDPT Studio
A studio is a dedicated space for creative work, like an artist's room, a musician's recording space, or a film/TV production facility, but it also refers to a one-room apartment combining living, sleeping, and kitchen areas, stemming from the Italian word for study or zeal. Studios serve as workshops for artists (coaches, painters, photographers), production hubs for media (film, TV, music), places for learning arts (dance, movement, singing), or compact living units.
